📋 Description
• Engage with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups • Understand each client’s financial goals and decision-making process • Recommend solutions that align with clients’ needs • Guide clients through onboarding and product implementation • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools • Support clients with regular check-ins and ongoing service
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Experience in client service or sales is a plus but not required
