• Have real conversations with business owners about how their day works • Ask questions that uncover what their current setup is costing them • Walk them through a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits • Answer concerns honestly and help them feel good about the change • Stay their go-to contact as they get set up and running • Record each conversation and next step in the CRM
🎯 Requirements
• Friendly, curious communicator who listens well • Reliable and organized with strong follow-through • Coachable and comfortable learning a new process • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales helps
