📋 Description

• Operate a 24x7 Help Desk providing comprehensive technical assistance for software maintenance support for a US Government customer • Provide technical support for COTS products, customized desktop applications, web applications, databases, and user account administration issues • Provide technical and functional support for individual user problems • Respond to system user requests for assistance • Perform on-the-spot diagnostic evaluations • Resolve problems and provide support over the phone, or escalate issues to the appropriate tier • Collaborate closely with developers and engineers in an Agile environment • Support, design, and control data applications • Formulate and execute data migration strategy • Identify and solve team and customer problems • Suggest process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • Ability to pass a background screening • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust • Bachelor’s degree in IT and 4+ years of relevant experience preferred • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment • Experience supporting users of Microsoft products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work remotely in an isolated environment with an internet connection • Availability for primary weekday EST shifts and periodic weekend shifts
