📋 Description

• Review all first-draft surveys within 2 business days of receipt • Save and respond to all client comments and revision requests • Process revision requests to Field Professionals • Send zoning reports to the surveyor with first-draft review comments • Address zoning-related questions and revision requests with the appropriate analyst • Save and log revised survey and zoning drafts and distribute them to the client • Request quotes from surveyors/zoning providers for add-on work • Request, save, and distribute final survey and zoning PDFs after client approval • Work closely with internal Survey, Real Estate Transaction, and other division teams

🎯 Requirements

• AA, AS, or BA degree preferred • Strong attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel • GNet project management software experience is a plus • Previous experience in surveying, project mapping review, commercial real estate review, or a related field is a plus but not required • Ability to work a 9–5 EST schedule • Ideal candidate resides in the Midwest or East Coast
