📋 Description

• Lead all phases of EV and renewable energy project development, including design oversight, procurement, construction, and commissioning • Manage civil, electrical, and structural engineering teams delivering EV/EVSE infrastructure planning, design, commissioning, and consulting • Conduct EV charging feasibility assessments and cost estimating • Collaborate across verticals and supporting teams to enable smooth project phase transitions • Coordinate engineering, design, and drafting activities to meet budgets and schedules • Identify project departures or issues early to meet client expectations for quality, budget, and schedule • Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and other professionals • Coordinate project team work to deliver quality products on time and on budget • Participate in training project staff • Perform overall package quality assurance checks on deliverables • Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation • Develop and maintain client relationships • Analyze and solve operational problems using tools such as Smartsheet • Prepare addendums, proposal requests, change orders, additional service requests, Schedule of Values, and Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates as needed • Interpret and apply client, company, and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in a relevant field, such as General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management • 5+ years’ project experience within electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure and EV supply equipment (EVSE), preferably with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and solar and/or BESS project experience • 10+ years’ Project Management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in planning, cost estimating, engineering and design, survey, permitting, construction, and utility coordination on complex multi-site projects for local and national clients • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, planning EV/EVSE, solar and projects • Experience using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software • M.S. Degree in a relevant field is a plus • PMP certification preferred • Knowledge of Edge Computing is a plus
