📋 Description

• Support two Project Managers with project onboarding tasks, purchase order management, and project setup • Support multiple projects simultaneously • Run weekly financial reports • Collect documents and update final close-out reports • Assist with Avetta safety compliance management • Track documentation requirements and upload technical drawings and reports • Audit field deliverables and follow up to ensure completeness • Communicate with project teams and clients through written and verbal communications • Coordinate with individuals and project teams in person and across the country using technology and project management tools • Attend assigned internal and external project meetings • Organize folders and ensure completeness of site onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting • Facilitate client meetings with support from NV5 Project Managers • Send Electrical Field Engineer dispatches for scheduled work • Disseminate information to team members and track deliverable status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred • Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred • Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to use project management tools and technology for communication and coordination • Ability to manage documentation requirements, trackers, and deliverables • Ability to support Avetta safety compliance management
