📋 Description
• Design, implement, and maintain the agent harness • Build systems used to run and reproduce experiments • Own environments, tooling, and repeatable runs • Partner with security and evaluation engineers on their workflows • Debug issues with the people who encounter them • Remove friction from researcher workflows
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python engineering • Comfort with containerized environments and CI/CD • Experience with agent frameworks, LLM orchestration, ML infrastructure, or evaluation harnesses • Care for versioned tooling and repeatable results • Hands-on work with NVIDIA NeMo or similar agent frameworks (standout) • Exposure to security tooling or vulnerability research (standout) • Building internal tools other engineers enjoy using (standout)
