📋 Description

• Design and develop new features for RTOS and hypervisor software stack • Bring up and optimize RTOS and hypervisor stacks on new NVIDIA Tegra SoCs • Develop high-integrity software using best-in-class engineering, safety, and security practices • Debug complex system-level issues across hardware, firmware, RTOS, and virtualization layers • Lead team-wide technical initiatives by building alignment, coordinating execution, and driving them to completion

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience • Strong technical leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience driving cross-team initiatives • Strong systems programming experience in C/C++ and embedded software development • Deep understanding of RTOS concepts, operating-system internals, and hardware-assisted virtualization • Knowledge of automotive quality standards, ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 • Track record of influencing technical direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving complex, team-wide initiatives through completion
