📋 Description

• Collaborate with NVIDIA product, engineering, and partner teams to understand reference architecture for AI Factory infrastructure • Support customers and partners in implementing sophisticated, reliable data center builds • Build processes, partner relationships, and workflows to deliver and deploy large AI factories • Review and appraise installation plans, point-to-point cabling assignments, hardware compatibility, and bills of materials • Verify compliance with NVIDIA reference architecture and provide mentorship and optimization recommendations • Review operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness of data center and hardware elements before AI/HPC cluster deployments • Design and apply audit plans and conduct pre-deployment audits • Implement quality assurance processes ensuring deployments meet specifications and performance benchmarks • Develop partner-facing playbooks, deployment guides, and guideline documentation • Provide hands-on mentorship, conduct workshops, and develop runbooks for partners • Represent customer and partner perspectives within NVIDIA and convey field insights to internal and product engineering teams • Support refinement of NVIDIA reference architectures and partner enablement programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field • At least 8+ years of experience, preferably in high-density AI/HPC data centers • Proven technical expertise in data center systems and operations, including power distribution, liquid cooling, rack/server chassis, and cabling • Effective communication at on-the-ground implementation and executive levels • Proficient in planning and scheduling tasks to accomplish objectives within or ahead of designated time frames • Able to travel 25% • Experience in hyperscale data center rollout, operational procedures, safety, and security protocols • Strong grasp of the entire data center infrastructure stack • Strong channel sales and services knowledge and partner co-selling experience • Ability to learn quickly and tackle sophisticated problems • Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or comparable experience are preferred
