📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Power Platform • Translate complex business requirements into detailed system design plans • Customize and configure entities, workflows, objects, fields, modern commands, classic ribbon buttons, reports, and dashboards in Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse • Develop integrations between Power Platform and other systems using standard and custom solutions • Use Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to build applications and workflows meeting business needs • Extend Model-Driven Apps using Client and Dataverse APIs • Integrate and develop Model-Driven and Canvas Apps • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and developers to align solutions with business objectives • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bug fixes • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Stay current with Power Platform developments and updates

🎯 Requirements

• Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform Developer • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics development, infrastructure, and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Experience extending Power Platform using Client and Dataverse APIs • Proficiency integrating and developing Model-Driven and Canvas Apps • Intermediate programming skills in C# and JavaScript, including Angular or React • Hands-on experience with data modeling, customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics/Dataverse • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 strongly preferred • Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) preferred • Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers preferred • Strong analytical skills to support process improvement and system scalability • Ability to perform work in a stationary position at least 50% of the time • Ability to consistently operate a computer and office productivity machinery during work hours • Ability to communicate and exchange information and ideas in an in-person or virtual setting
