📋 Description

• Define and build the future of NVIDIA’s self-driving software • Own core components of the perception stack, specifically rules-of-the-road understanding worldwide • Understand how the component relates to autonomous driving, parking, and active safety maneuvers • Identify the right problems for teams to work on • Design, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions with leading experts • Lead teams in defining and delivering advanced perception technology product roadmaps for parking and driving • Collaborate with technical product managers and technical leads to decompose self-driving problems into prioritized technical requirements • Interact with engineering leaders to convert requirements into competitive roadmaps supporting end-to-end system goals • Coordinate with teams and internal customers to deliver roadmaps, resolve bottlenecks, address issues, and measure outcomes • Develop deep technical understanding of the full stack and influence technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical skills in perception and computer vision for autonomous vehicles, driving/parking, robotics, or ADAS systems • Hands-on leadership skills in communication, influencing, and multifunctional team building across time zones • Creative problem-solving skills; ability to handle ambiguity, reach consensus, and make decisions • Execution focus and experience bringing innovative products and technologies into reality • 12+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of recent Product or Program Management experience • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Relevant domain knowledge or experience in AV perception, computer vision, or robotics • Experience in a fast-paced AI or Autonomous Vehicle company • Proven technical background in a related field, such as software engineering, systems engineering, or machine learning engineering • Willingness and motivation to learn new things and solve difficult problems
