📋 Description

• Design, code, and test application software using .NET technologies with SQL Server as the backend database • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET C#, HTML, CSS, and XML • Create, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in MS SQL Server • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Develop and integrate APIs to support seamless data exchange between systems • Implement performance monitoring and tuning practices for database and application components • Work closely with client teams to create and test applications across multiple environments • Build and deploy reports and dashboards using Power BI for enhanced data visualization • Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client staff on .NET and SQL Server development practices • Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of application issues

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in or around the New York City area • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 7+ years of professional experience in application development using .NET technologies • Strong programming skills in ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, XML, and Visual Studio .NET • Proficiency with MS SQL Server database development, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance optimization • Experience with API development and integration • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data reporting and visualization • Familiarity with Oracle database integration and development is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
