📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise supply chain transformation programs • Create, execute, and refine detailed program plans • Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, security standards, compliance protocols, and operational policies • Assess program performance and document lessons learned • Serve as the primary interface for C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders • Build long-term relationships across client business, operations, and IT functions • Manage scope and recommend strategic trade-offs balancing timeline, budget, and business impact • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks • Lead project escalations and resolution strategies • Oversee engagement P&L, budgets, margins, revenue recognition, and invoice approvals • Identify and cultivate account expansion opportunities • Author, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work, Change Orders, and strategic proposals • Direct and align cross-functional teams of clients, o9 experts, software vendors, and GSI partners • Manage resource requirements, onboarding, allocation, and roll-off schedules • Conduct performance reviews, mentor junior delivery staff, and provide coaching and career development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field • 12+ years of professional experience leading complex supply chain transformation programs and managing high-stakes client relationships • 12+ years of project/program management experience within an enterprise software vendor, top-tier management consulting firm, or global enterprise • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS/Cloud software deployments • Deep operational or consulting expertise in enterprise supply chain processes, such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP/S&OP, Control Tower, or Merchandising/Retail Planning • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders • Proven ability to lead integrated delivery teams alongside major Global System Integrators and third-party vendors • Strong expertise in SOW authoring, contract management, risk mitigation, and commercial growth within existing accounts • Advanced ability to balance tactical delivery realities with strategic long-term client outcomes
