📋 Description

• Support the Transitions Team across the portfolio • Support standard operations of Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments • Maintain activities and other resident programs in the absence of an Activity Director • Manage Oakmont OWL Production and Facebook Management • Manage financials, staffing, hiring, and the community transportation program • Work directly with community Executive Directors to maintain programming operations standards, policies, and procedures • Participate in developing Oakmont Programming standards and policies • Support projects related to developing Activity program systems for Assisted Living and Traditions • Conduct audits of Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments • Organize, schedule, budget, promote, facilitate, and direct activities and excursions to enhance residents' independence and quality of life • Travel frequently, including 100% travel and multi-state assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age • Preferred a minimum of 2 or more years as an Activity Director or equivalent and/or a Minimum of 3 or more years as an Activity Assistant or equivalent • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent • College Degree Preferred • Must have or be willing to obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20 or more passengers • Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification • Flexibility in work schedule, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.) • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests • May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening and surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other PPE per regulatory guidelines
