• Act as the registered Physician lead in accordance with California Title 22 • Actively participate in the Quality Management program • Attend quarterly QAPI meetings to review clinical outcomes and patient safety data • Conduct occasional chart reviews to ensure documentation meets medical necessity • Review and approve clinical protocols and treatment guidelines • Provide remote guidance to the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) on complex cases • Provide clinical oversight for two California-based Home Healthcare Agencies • Ensure medical services are integrated, safe, and compliant with state mandates • Focus on high-level quality management rather than direct primary care
• Current, unrestricted California Physician's License (MD or DO) • Familiarity with California Title 22 • Familiarity with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) • Candidate must maintain their own malpractice insurance • Familiarity/experience with Home Healthcare
