📋 Description

• Manage customer orders through the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and on-time delivery for domestic and international customers • Resolve order, inventory, transportation, pricing, credit, and documentation issues while proactively managing risks and escalations • Serve as the primary contact for customers, customs brokers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, shipments, and delivery performance • Coordinate international shipping and customs documentation activities with International Trade & Customs Compliance, customs brokers, and 3PL providers • Ensure accurate import/export documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely shipment clearance • Analyze operational performance and prepare reporting to identify trends, improve service levels, and drive process improvements • Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to resolve issues, support customer requirements, and achieve business objectives • Maintain accurate customer and shipping data in SAP S/4HANA • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and system enhancements • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including EDI compliance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field • Experience in customer operations, supply chain, logistics, or related functions • At least 1 Year of Experience • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel • Experience working with customs brokers, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and transportation partners (preferred) • Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and trade documentation requirements (preferred)
