📋 Description

• Operate tactical levers to improve study fulfillment • Prioritize where to deploy those levers based on project needs, urgency, expected impact, and participant network health • Test and operate newly developed processes, tools, and experiments • Follow defined processes while using judgment to flag when something is unclear, inefficient, or not working as intended • Partner with Strategy & Operations, GTM, and Operations teams to improve and scale how we work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and a track record of reliable execution • Good operational judgment and ability to make decisions within defined processes • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets • Clear written and verbal communicator • Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • 1+ year of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, customer operations, or a related field preferred • Experience working in a high-growth technology or startup environment preferred • Experience partnering with GTM, customer-facing, or Operations teams preferred • Experience using operational data to inform decisions preferred • Experience improving or operationalizing new workflows and processes preferred
