📋 Description

• Participate in requirement gathering and define scope and objectives of business requirements • Document requirements, including use cases, and translate them into system requirement specifications • Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned reporting systems for internal teams, members, and external customers • Execute the full reporting lifecycle: design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems • Balance multiple competing priorities • Communicate via email, JIRA tickets, and phone • Support the Population Health/Reporting Analytics department and OCHIN’s Clinic Membership and business partners • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience • At least 2 years of professional experience in Health care IT • Experience in a Healthcare setting, Ambulatory or Acute Care settings preferred/required • Current Epic certification in Cogito or Clarity; if no certification, a minimum of two years of experience in Cogito or Clarity preferred/required • Knowledge of SQL, Epic Cogito, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Tableau • Experience with SQL, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports required • Experience identifying, defining, and analyzing end user requirements and timelines • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date
