• Lead engagement strategies to promote adoption and effective use of Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools • Serve as liaison to members, account managers, and internal teams • Design, deliver, and evaluate interactive training programs across Epic modules and operational workflows • Facilitate workflow validation, discovery, and gap analysis sessions • Provide one-on-one and group coaching virtually and onsite • Create and maintain user guides, lesson plans, scenario-based learning, instructional videos, and workflow documentation • Support members through operational changes using structured change management principles • Analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, facilitate optimization projects, and lead initiatives improving outcomes, system usage, and regulatory compliance • Research best practices and propose enhancements to Population Health, Installation, and Learning programs • Mentor team members and model adaptive leadership, collaboration, and service excellence • Monitor training effectiveness and system usage through performance analysis and member feedback • Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in clinical or hospital settings • Minimum 5 or more years of Epic Training experience in a similar role; 10+ years preferred • Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and NextGen • Epic experience preferred, with priority given to candidates with Epic experience • Certification or proficiency in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, HIM, or Identity preferred • Experience as a Credentialed Trainer for Cadence, Prelude, or Grand Central required • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency must be obtained within the first 6 months of hire • 1+ years of instructional design experience preferred • LMS architecture and deployment experience in a corporate environment • Experience conceptualizing, editing, and creating virtual learning content for adult learners • Experience in a post-production continuous improvement environment • Experience creating specialized training materials and delivering adult education and virtual learning content strongly preferred • Strong understanding of change management principles • Demonstrated project management skills • Ability to balance competing priorities and drive initiatives to completion • Ability to work collaboratively and independently • Expertise in adult learning theories, instructional design, and knowledge management • Amenable to working in all time zones • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption • Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview
