📋 Description

• Design application features and functionality in the Epic software platform • Strengthen standards and patterns across the Epic platform • Configure improvements and enhancements • Continually improve the quality and impact of the Epic platform • Partner closely with Install, Maintenance, QA, and Release teams • Elicit, analyze, specify, document, and validate business needs and technical requirements • Support various facility types, including Ambulatory, Acute, Critical Access, Long Term Care, Sole Community, Tribal Health, PACE, Home Health, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral, and Physical Therapy • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience, required • 10+ years of Application Analyst experience with demonstrated increase in scope of responsibilities, required • Deep knowledge of Epic data structures and applications • Current certification in assigned Epic application(s) required • Current MyChart, Hello World and/or Cheers certification required • Additional certifications in Prelude, Welcome, and Cadence highly desired • Experience with Epic Implementations and Community Connect highly desired • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service • Experience in healthcare management preferred • Experience in organizational management and developing and executing operational projects preferred • Experience leading a direct service organization with complex programs and excellent project management skills preferred • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Must complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required as a condition of employment
