📋 Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic programs, from scoping and planning through execution and optimization • Ensure programs align with OCHIN’s mission and organizational goals • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries • Communicate program progress, outcomes, and roadmaps • Apply project management techniques to prioritize tasks, manage resources, mitigate risks, and uphold governance and quality standards • Use data and analytics to guide program direction and improve deliverables and member experience • Identify opportunities to increase adoption and optimize tools, technologies, and processes • Monitor industry trends, regulatory requirements, and internal services • Promote a member-centric culture and uphold OCHIN’s brand integrity • Provide consultation and technical assistance • Manage grant compliance and funder relationships • Act as the program’s voice to ensure stakeholder communication and process alignment • Travel for Go-Live installations, training, or on-site support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Epic software • Bachelor’s degree acceptable with related program management experience • Project management experience required • PMP certification preferred • Ability to build relationships with Indian Health Services and organizations in the tribal health space • Knowledge of regulatory and funding programs in Tribal and Urban Indian health • Prior Tableau experience helpful • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including PowerPoint • Epic Clinical Content Builder accreditation • Epic Super User training • Epic OB Navigator training • Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in budgeting and financial management • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work on camera for all virtual meetings • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to travel up to 20% nationally as required
