📋 Description

• Support VHA in analyzing and evaluating healthcare program effectiveness across service categories • Conduct systematic program reviews to assess current and future VHA programs and identify improvements • Measure success, outcomes, and improvement across surge-supported programs • Assist VHA in executing program operations against established goals and objectives • Provide input on program evaluation and improving project and program organization and management • Identify program resources and support long-term staffing analysis for functions affected by new systems and workflows • Develop program reports, status products, and executive-level briefing materials • Support planning, coordination, risk management, status reporting, and cross-functional integration for surge-related tasks • Support prioritization within the Tiered Hub process based on importance, urgency, and operational impact • Support reporting and analytics, identify gaps in reporting practices, and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience • Proven and extensive experience in a large-scale integrated health care system • Demonstrated experience conducting program reviews, program evaluation, and outcome measurement • Experience identifying program resources and developing program reports • Demonstrated ability to support program operations against established goals and objectives • Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills at an executive level • Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship • Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation
