📋 Description

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies • Define testing requirements, objectives, and scope • Develop and execute unit, functional, integrated, regression, and workflow testing • Define testing goals and develop test cases and test scripts • Identify and prepare test patients and other testing scenarios • Track testing outcomes, issues, and defects • Partner with development/build teams to improve quality and address testing issues • Communicate software enhancements, fixes, and known issues in written and verbal formats • Evaluate complex changes, risks, dependencies, validation approaches, unexpected results, and quality concerns • Apply lessons from testing, defects, member feedback, and workflow challenges to improve testing practices, documentation, processes, and future work • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 Epic Certifications or Proficiencies, or a minimum of 1 year experience in 1–2 listed Epic Applications • Minimum 1 year of experience with manual testing, including writing, using, and developing test scripts • Experience in an acute care setting highly desired • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Nationwide travel may be required based on business needs
