📋 Description

• Optimize OCHIN member revenue cycle performance through expert guidance, technical assistance, and training • Work intensively with health center teams on assigned projects to refine Revenue Cycle and implement best-practice concepts • Design, develop, and implement member assessments and consultations regarding Revenue Cycle performance and technical-assistance needs • Identify improvement opportunities and possible solutions • Coordinate member consultations, including meeting logistics, member communications, meeting content, and follow-up • Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate member learning sessions and trainings • Collaborate with project partners on curriculum design, agenda setting, and trainer identification • Analyze revenue cycle operations and implement best practices to improve efficiency, collections, and stakeholder satisfaction • Support process improvements, system enhancements, and measurable outcomes aligned with OCHIN goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Revenue Cycle and financial experience in a similar or relevant role preferred • Minimum 10 years of Revenue Cycle and financial management experience in a similar or relevant role in safety net organizations preferred • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Resolute Hospital Billing or Professional Billing required within 6 months of hire • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • COVID-19 vaccination required, or approved medical or religious exemption
