📋 Description

• Create technical documentation for the loading functionality of the Ocient System • Partner with internal subject matter experts to understand documentation requirements • Manage writing timelines, review cycles, and SMEs • Deliver high-quality content on time • Anticipate and mitigate problems • Communicate stakeholder updates on progress, process, delays, and issues • Collaborate proactively with internal teams to communicate documentation requirements • Ensure efficient development and delivery of documentation • Develop written content for the OcientAIQ Unified Data Platform, focused on loading data into the Ocient System

🎯 Requirements

• Remote (US Only) • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Ocient cannot sponsor or transfer any visas, including OPT, EAD, H1B, and H4 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, and 6+ years of experience in the software industry • 3+ years of technical writing experience • Experience writing about technical topics for databases or data warehouses • User-centric approach to writing • Proactive attitude and willingness to complete work on time • Team player and self-starter with strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate with diverse technical SMEs and draw from diverse skill sets • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability • Ability to manage multiple projects • Positive and problem-solving attitude • Superior verbal and written communication skills • AI proficiency in technical writing, agentic workflows, SQL, Markdown, docs-as-code, and creation of technical diagrams is exceptional-candidate qualification
