📋 Description

• Partner with the GM of Mortgage and cross-functional teams to define and drive the mortgage enablement strategy and roadmap • Build the mortgage enablement function from scratch • Design and deliver onboarding and education programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning, role-based learning paths, technical playbooks, integration guides, and certification programs • Create modular curriculum mapped to the mortgage origination workflow • Produce sandbox exercises, labs, demo scripts, templates, runbooks, and checklists • Run customer, partner, and internal training sessions, including kickoffs, launch workshops, technical deep dives, and train-the-trainer sessions • Translate complex Product and Engineering capabilities into practical guidance and integration patterns • Define onboarding readiness criteria and pre- and post-sale enablement materials • Measure enablement effectiveness using KPIs such as time-to-production, launch velocity, adoption, CSAT, certification completion, and support deflection • Capture customer feedback and implementation gaps to inform documentation and training priorities • Represent Ocrolus through webinars, customer events, pilots, and proofs-of-concept

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in L&D, client enablement, customer training, or implementation programs • Experience operating independently as a function of one and building programs from zero • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills • Mortgage industry exposure, such as underwriting, operations, LOS work, or mortgage product experience • Passion for education and curriculum design • Ability to translate product features into concrete mortgage-origination workflows • Ability to learn the product deeply and quickly • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for live and asynchronous training • Experience producing customer-facing documentation and training artifacts • Ability to define enablement success metrics and iterate based on performance and feedback • Excellent written communication skills and attention to instructional detail
