📋 Description

• Own Odyssey's security posture and shape security strategy • Build security programs from the ground up and drive best practices across the technology stack and product suite • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and remediate security risks across products and infrastructure • Perform static and dynamic vulnerability assessments and drive remediation through resolution • Evaluate security risks in AI systems and data pipelines • Leverage AI-assisted tooling for threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and security operations • Maintain and mature the SOC 2 Type II program • Design and implement security controls from the application layer through cloud infrastructure • Translate complex security findings into actionable remediation steps for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Audit policies, controls, and procedures to address the evolving threat landscape • Embed security into CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and internal tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Engineering experience focused on security, cloud security, DevOps, network security, or similar domains • Solid understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 • Hands-on experience driving organizational adherence to security and compliance frameworks • Experience applying AI-assisted tooling to threat detection, code review, and vulnerability analysis • Experience deploying and operating SAST, DAST, and SCA tools across the software development lifecycle • Track record managing security projects end-to-end from planning through delivery within timelines and budgets • Experience with penetration testing tools, techniques, and methodologies • Understanding of common vulnerabilities and remediation strategies • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
