📋 Description

• Serve as an advocate for associates navigating and resolving complex workplace issues • Address unresolved conflicts with managers or co-workers • Assist associates with internal job searches and placements • Help associates obtain resources or information needed to perform their jobs effectively • Connect compassionately with associates and articulate issues • Independently advocate on associates’ behalf through resolution • Formulate strategic and tactical solutions • Identify potential legal issues and refer matters to the Advice and Counsel Center for investigation • Evaluate, partner, and escalate matters to HR centers of expertise as appropriate • Analyze case trends and data to identify training and continuous improvement opportunities • Perform other duties requested by the supervisor • Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience • Field of study in Human Resources or a related field • At least three years of HR or related experience required • 3–5 years of HR experience, customer service experience, or related experience • Ability to recognize and advocate in areas related to human resources and/or associate relations • Ability to compassionately connect with associates and understand and articulate issues • Independent decision-making authority • Ability to identify potential legal issues requiring referral to the Advice and Counsel Center • Ability to evaluate, partner, and escalate matters to HR centers of expertise • Ability to analyze case trends and data • Ability to work day shift • Ability to work 40 hours per week
