• Manage and evolve the enterprise device fleet across Apple, Windows, and Android platforms • Own day-to-day operations and the strategic roadmap for the mobile device management stack • Ensure devices are provisioned, secured, and maintained at scale • Own enrollment workflows end-to-end and troubleshoot device fleet edge cases • Communicate and coordinate with internal customers and third-party vendors • Manage expectations, approve, and assist with crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, and capacity management • Develop and implement technology strategy and roadmaps within the specialty area • Design, document, communicate, and implement infrastructure technology standards • Analyze, plan, justify, schedule, and coordinate administrative, operational, and financial initiatives • Manage total cost of ownership, optimization, and efficiency initiatives • Work with suppliers and vendors to produce outcomes consistent with organizational strategy • Oversee reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for quality and performance • Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets • Perform duties with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization
• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Related Field • 8 years technical engineering experience • Hands-on administration experience with Jamf Pro for Apple device management • Hands-on administration experience with Workspace ONE UEM (Omnissa) • Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Intune for Windows/cross-platform management • Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager and ADE/DEP enrollment workflows • Experience with device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployment across platforms • Familiarity with supervised mode, zero-touch provisioning, and conditional access • Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, device OS, and MDM policy conflicts • Clear written communication for documentation and cross-team collaboration • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to effectively drive people, process, and technology changes • Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance is beneficial • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments • Experience in a complex healthcare organization is beneficial • Ability to explain complex technical ideas and issues to technical and non-technical audiences is desired
