📋 Description

• Propose, facilitate, and document modifications to business processes and operational workflows • Analyze enterprise application data in Oracle EBS, Epic, and Banner to meet reporting requirements • Conduct customer meetings for system definition, design approvals, interface development, and requirements gathering • Design, develop, and document applications, systems, clinical workflows, operational workflows, and system modifications • Analyze customer system needs and recommend implementation options and alternatives • Coordinate small projects or sub-projects within larger projects • Ensure data integrity, application validity, and software quality assurance standards • Document testing requirements and develop test cases, scripts, and plans • Test fixes, enhancements, patches, vendor upgrades, and new releases • Document and communicate testing results • Translate technical specifications into user-friendly end-user acceptance test plans • Support, maintain, and triage issues in existing applications, systems, and workflows • Assist with system interfaces and data integration for BI reporting, analysis, and applications • Provide training and mentoring assistance to less experienced analysts and end users • Coordinate escalation and resolution of software processing problems with vendors • Advocate for end users and support operationalized products • Participate in professional development activities and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, computer science, or related field and four years of work-related information technology experience; OR bachelor’s degree and six years; OR associate’s degree and seven years; OR eight years of work-related information technology experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum three years of business analyst experience • Experience leading requirements-gathering sessions and documenting business requirements for large-scale IT projects • Experience planning and managing large-scale IT projects • Experience with Cognos, Oracle, Power BI, or another BI tool • Knowledge of data warehousing architecture • Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with excellent attention to detail • Skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options • Two or more years of experience with Power BI products preferred • Experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP financial modules preferred • Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP financial data, databases, and processes preferred • Ability to read, write, and maintain basic SQL code preferred • PMP certification preferred • IBM Cognos Certified Professional certification preferred
