📋 Description

• Lead high-complexity projects and key operational initiatives using technology-driven solutions as part of the Product Management team • Create and document business requirements to solve key business challenges across IT and operational departments • Conduct competitive research and analyze data • Define and provide feature estimates with other team members • Create technology user guides and communications documents, including project statuses, milestones, training guides, user manuals, and release notes • Provide status updates, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to internal leaders • Design software systems and processes by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications • Act as conduit between business/client teams and development teams to resolve information gaps • Lead and support functional and integration testing, define testing objectives, and conduct post-implementation monitoring • Conduct user training sessions and support client teams during acceptance testing • Manage day-to-day support of the designated product portfolio in an agile environment • Mentor and guide the analyst team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or computer science • 3–5 years of prior technology product management experience, preferably in health IT services or a health tech product environment • Healthcare or healthcare IT experience desirable • Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable • Experience delivering products and demonstrating their impact • Strong project and requirements documentation skills • CBAP certification preferred
