• Leading high complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team. • Owning the creation and documentation of requirements that lead directly to solving key business challenges. • Conducting competitive research, analyzing data, and providing estimates for features. • Creating technology user guides, providing status updates, leading functional and integration testing, and post implementation monitoring. • Mentoring and guiding analyst team.
• CBAP certified preferred • 3 - 5 years of prior tech product management experience preferably in health IT services / health tech product environment preferred • Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT desirable • Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable • Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done • Strong project and requirement documentation skills • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in healthcare, life sciences or computer science
