📋 Description

• Administer awarded government prime contracts and commercial agreements from pre-award through closeout • Maintain contract files, correspondence logs, and deliverable tracking • Draft and review commercial agreements, including PSAs and MSAs • Administer NDAs with partners, teaming organizations, and vendors • Track renewal and expiration dates • Support procurement and subcontracting, including issuance of subcontracts and teaming agreements with FAR/DFARS flow-down clauses • Monitor subcontractor performance and invoicing • Review and interpret contract terms and flow-down requirements for compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific supplements • Support DCAA/DCMA audit preparation • Maintain CDRLs and reporting obligations • Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract files and support internal and government audits as needed • Collaborate with Contracts, Program Management, and Business Development teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, procurement, or acquisition • Familiarity with contract types: FFP, CPFF, CPAF, T&M, and IDIQ/task-order vehicles • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable collaborating across program, finance, and BD teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered • Exposure to contract management software and standard MS Office / Excel-based tracking tools • Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance • Must be able to access classified information • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations
