📋 Description

• Champion the OLAPLEX philosophy of bond-building science through impactful and inspiring education • Implement regional education strategies that grow brand awareness, sales, and stylist loyalty • Recruit, train, and lead Regional Educators • Facilitate technical and business-building education for salons, distributor partners, and store employees • Partner with Sales and Marketing to launch new products, promotions, and initiatives • Plan, schedule, and execute educational programs, events, and activations • Strengthen relationships with salons, distributor sales consultants, and key accounts • Represent OLAPLEX at distributor shows, regional events, and industry gatherings • Deliver education in live and virtual formats • Monitor regional performance and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve education and sales goals • Maintain expert knowledge of the technical curriculum and communicate it to contract educators and students • Plan, develop, and execute regional cluster classes for distributor partners

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed cosmetologist with a strong background in cutting, color, and styling of all hair types • 8+ years of haircare education experience • Ability to manage complex travel schedules and maximize time in key field markets • Ability to balance administrative goals, budget tracking using Google Sheets, and cross-functional partnerships • Exceptional presentation skills and experience facilitating in-person and virtual programs for diverse audiences • Leadership experience fostering relationships with salon partners, distributors, internal teams, and field sales managers • Must be located near a major airport with direct travel to the East Coast • Must be able to travel up to 75% consistently, including weekends • Experience collaborating with distribution partners to align education strategies and drive brand success • Proven ability to track and report measurable goals and set strategic goals • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and SharePoint • Experience managing trade shows or regional education events preferred but not required • Spanish fluency is a plus, not required
