📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through daily leadership, mentorship, and support • Manage workload, staffing, utilization, and resource planning • Establish group goals and priorities aligned with client, team, and business objectives • Monitor group effectiveness and implement strategies to improve efficiency, engagement, quality, and performance • Coach employees, provide feedback, manage performance, and support career development • Communicate priorities, initiatives, expectations, and updates • Collaborate with leadership across teams to align resources, meet project demands, and achieve business objectives • Build lasting client relationships through responsive communication and trusted partnerships • Support client engagement, proposal development, interviews, and strategic pursuits • Recruit, develop, and retain team members • Uphold company values, policies, and safety expectations • Lead structural engineering and design project delivery across industrial sectors including agricultural, advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, mining, pharmaceuticals, wastewater, and bioenergy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, leadership, and management skills • Ability to attract, develop, and retain talented staff • Strong background in resource planning, team leadership, and managing project delivery across multiple priorities • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to connect with all organizational levels and foster a transparent, collaborative environment • At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel • 8+ years of structural engineering experience, including industrial facility projects • Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or a related field is preferred; an associate degree with equivalent experience will also be considered
