• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Coach team members on Agile principles • Manage impediments to ensure successful sprint execution • Help teams improve their processes • Support delivery of high-quality results
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies • Ability to coach teams on Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred • Experience in a technical or software development environment preferred
