📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites globally, including nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned • Lead installation, configuration, and validation of mobile C-arm and fluoroscopy systems • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs for hardware and software issues • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Train clinical staff in equipment operation and best practices • Maintain detailed documentation and service records • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to service documentation without direct people-management responsibility • Represent Omega Medical Imaging professionally onsite with customers • Attend initial training at headquarters in Sanford, Florida • Travel quarterly to headquarters for training on legacy and future products and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience servicing interventional X-ray or fluoroscopy systems • Strong diagnostic skills in electromechanical and software troubleshooting • Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and hospital IT environments • Skills in wire crimping, soldering, basic electronics, voltage measurement, and troubleshooting • Ability to read and translate drawings and schematics • Professional demeanor and communication skills • Ability to resolve problems effectively in high-pressure situations • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Passport or willingness to obtain one • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available • Prior OEM certifications from GE, Canon, Siemens, or Shimadzu are a plus
