📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Work 40 hours minimum weekly as a seasonal employee from August through February 2027 • Work two full rotating A/B weekends per month • Support two of four company-observed holidays

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining active NCCPA certification • Currently licensed in DC or TX, with possibility to obtain additional states • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Ability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST • Ability to work 40 hours minimum weekly • Ability to work two full rotating A/B weekends per month • Ability to support two of four company-observed holidays • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to use technology effectively to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. is verified through E-Verify
