📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide evidence-based primary care to One Medical patients in coordination with primary care providers • Deliver virtual care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • At least 2 years in the past 5 years as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in Oregon, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 7am-6pm PST, 12pm-11pm PST, or 1pm-12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
