📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, with every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 7am–6pm PST and 1pm–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
