📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Use specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) • Maintaining active NCCPA certification • Currently licensed in New York, with possibility to obtain additional state licenses • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages, or 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages • Ability to work afternoons and evenings; current shifts are 7am–6pm EST or 11am–10pm EST • Ability to work 40 hours minimum weekly • Ability to work 2 full rotating A/B weekends per month • Ability to support 2 of 4 company-observed holidays • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs
