• Lead the annual review of the Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and policies and procedures. • Serve as a senior subject matter expert in One Pass Compliance and own assigned operational compliance functions. • Advise business stakeholders and escalate compliance risks through appropriate channels. • Manage compliance training distribution through the learning management system and drive on-time completions. • Lead intake, review, documentation, and resolution support for compliance hotline reports. • Conduct internal monitoring and quality assurance reviews of exclusions screening processes and controls. • Prepare and quality-review health plan client attestations and audits, including evidence gathering and documentation. • Analyze conflicts of interest surveys and identify matters requiring follow-up. • Partner in developing and executing the annual compliance workplan. • Advise Product, Technology, Security, and other cross-functional teams on compliance risks and mitigation strategies. • Provide compliance responses to RFPs while maintaining confidentiality and consistency with compliance standards. • Review marketing disclaimers and collateral for compliance with Medicare marketing rules and HIPAA. • Report compliance projects, risks, challenges, recommendations, and support needs to the Compliance Lead and Chief Compliance Officer. • Uphold the Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field. • 5+ years of related work experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, auditing, risk management, or a related healthcare operational role. • Demonstrated experience supporting compliance programs, audit support, investigations, training administration, regulatory oversight, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. • Strong organizational, analytical, written communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. • Certification in healthcare compliance or active pursuit of a healthcare compliance or auditing certification is preferred. • Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, managed care, or health plan compliance programs is preferred. • Familiarity with CMS requirements, HIPAA, delegated oversight, downstream entity monitoring, FDRs, FWA compliance, and regulatory audits is preferred. • Experience analyzing compliance and operational data for risk identification, risk reporting, dashboards, and compliance decision-making is preferred. • Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. jurisdictions. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
