📋 Description
• Respond to customer service emails with clear, thoughtful, and thorough resolutions using all available tools and systems • Accurately enter verified insurance information into internal systems • Ensure compliance with company standards and formatting requirements • Review and maintain insurance files through the internal review system • Match documentation to appropriate client records by applying critical thinking and analytical skills • Assist with departmental projects and other assignments as directed by the Supervisor
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Must have at least six months of customer service-related experience • Must be able to review and interpret detailed insurance documents and data accurately • Frequent communication with external contacts; must convey and receive information effectively
