📋 Description

• Assist with specifications, development, testing and implementation of new plan designs • Reports, policies, and procedures that relate to benefits administration and service • Maintain data integrity and system functionality of all benefits information • Optimize the performance of our benefits admin system • Provide ACA configuration and support (1095’s) • Responsible for taking initiatives and action towards professional development • Organizes and prioritizes work to ensure timely and effective delivery of services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years benefits service experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technical skills are mandatory and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Typing • Previous payroll experience is a plus • Knowledge of Prism HR platform is a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management.
