📋 Description

• Assists in the preparation of payroll in Workday Payroll for employees paid on biweekly and monthly frequencies. • Enters and maintains OnDemand payroll records upon Management approval. • Serves as main point of contact for payroll & troubleshoots payroll-related issues impacting employees (non-payments, pay discrepancies, general questions, etc.). • Performs data entry tasks related to payroll and benefits. • Follows up on withholding orders, and other non-tax correspondence received from government authorities. • Provides ad hoc payroll reporting and other documentation to Finance, HR, and other authorized parties. • Audits payroll data to ensure accuracy. • Communicates and works with 3rd party payroll partners as needed. • Additional responsibilities assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in business administration or other related business major required • Minimum of 2 years of high-volume payroll experience in a professional service industry preferred • Experience in providing quality customer service required • Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office • Experience with Workday Payroll software preferred • Experience with UKG software strongly preferred
