• Define, establish, implement, and execute business strategy for market growth and success • Effectively communicate with executive management • Establish and maintain key relationships with other technology partners • Responsible for managing projects from end to end • Complete annual budget plans • Develop and execute quarterly plans to meet goals and performance metrics • Maintain accurate forecasts • Manage overall P&L • Serve as a leader in business decision making.
• At least 5 years of software development experience • 5+ years of Salesforce experience • Business leadership required • Ability to lead and manage a small team • Demonstrated experience in P&L/Budgeting/Forecasting • Strong Client facing abilities • Strong Communicator • Detail oriented • Strong drive and follow-through capabilities • Comfortable working in a start-up culture.
