📋 Description

• Support delivery of multiple higher-complexity projects while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality • Partner with clients to align expectations, manage changes, and focus work on agreed outcomes • Translate program goals into executable plans for multidisciplinary teams • Coordinate strategy, creative, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams • Manage dependencies across workstreams and solution areas • Facilitate project kickoffs and key working sessions • Support project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, resource needs, and capacity planning • Build and maintain project plans and timelines with Agile delivery teams • Monitor project health and communicate progress to internal teams and client stakeholders • Ensure work adheres to agreed scope and support thoughtful change • Identify delivery risks and lead mitigation strategies • Escalate issues and help teams resolve challenges • Close projects with focus on quality, lessons learned, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, or a related field • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in digital, marketing, technology, or consulting environments • Experience in project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource management • Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams • Clear communication with client stakeholders and internal leaders • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Experience using Jira, monday.com, and Workday preferred • PMP certification preferred • Experience managing work spanning marketing technology platforms or CRM ecosystems nice to have • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation, or analytics-driven delivery models nice to have • Background in integrated marketing, digital services, or consulting-style environments nice to have • Familiarity with platform-based delivery and cross-channel customer experience programs nice to have
