📋 Description

• Write blog posts and landing page copy for banking, credit building, credit cards, investing, crypto, and rewards products • Turn keyword research and search-intent briefs into outlines and polished, published copy • Build landing pages with clear value propositions, scannable structure, and calls to action • Partner with SEO and growth teams to identify content gaps and prioritize topics by traffic and business impact • Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure content is accurate and reviewed before publication • Shape and evolve OnePay’s approachable, plain-spoken brand voice • Refresh existing content as search performance, products, and regulations change • Analyze analytics and SEO tools to improve future content briefs • Collaborate with the in-house SEO Lead and external SEO agency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as an SEO or content writer, with a published portfolio that performs in search • Experience writing for a fintech, bank, credit union, or other regulated financial company • Experience with compliance review cycles and working directly with Legal and Compliance on approvals • Strong on-page SEO, including keyword research, search intent, internal linking, metadata, and content structure • Fluency with Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and a modern CMS • Experience writing conversion-focused landing page copy • Ability to work from SEO briefs without losing voice or clarity • Sharp editing skills and obsessive accuracy on numbers, terms, and disclosures • Ability to explain credit building, investing basics, BNPL, and rewards simply • Curiosity about AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity • Willingness to partner with PR on on-brand, review-ready LinkedIn copy • Drive and proactivity • Must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
