📋 Description

• Compile, analyze, and craft individualized feedback reports based on 360-degree assessments for approximately 100 Department of the Navy Office of the General Counsel personnel • Collaborate with the Assessment Facilitator and Data Analyst to gather assessment data and insights • Analyze assessment results to identify individual strengths and areas for improvement • Create comprehensive feedback reports covering leadership, legal counsel, client relationships, communication, problem-solving, and innovation • Tailor reports to assessed individuals and provide actionable professional-development recommendations • Coordinate with OGC individuals to schedule confidential feedback sessions • Present feedback verbally and in writing • Provide constructive guidance for leadership and attorney development • Collaborate with the ProSidian Engagement Team and stakeholders to refine the feedback-report process • Produce thorough, accurate, appropriately documented work products that meet established criteria and delivery schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, human resources, or organizational development • Minimum of 1 year of experience in feedback report writing or similar roles • At least 2 years of experience in talent development support within the last 5 years • Proven experience creating feedback reports or similar documentation • Understanding and knowledge of personnel or talent development and 360-degree assessment techniques • Familiarity with talent development concepts and methodologies • Experience working in a professional setting • Familiarity with attorney-client privilege is desirable • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret assessment data and provide insights • Proficiency in written communication for clear, concise, constructive feedback reports • Ability to communicate feedback verbally in a professional and supportive manner • Strong oral and written communication skills • Detail-oriented approach with focus on accuracy and confidentiality • Ability to collaborate effectively with the ProSidian Engagement Team and OGC personnel • Adaptability to evolving assessment and feedback processes • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills • U.S. Citizenship required • No visa sponsorship; H-1B and TN visas are not supported • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology • Ideal proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary • Candidate must meet required criteria; background checks and drug testing may apply
