📋 Description

• Write and improve website copy, including homepage content, procedural pages, doctor bios, Google Business Profile content, and patient review intro copy • Execute content strategies developed by SEO Analysts with compelling, accurate, SEO-optimized writing • Create clear, approachable content describing clients’ practices and specialties • Conduct research and competitive analysis • Proofread and self-edit all work before submission • Apply SEO best practices and integrate target keywords naturally and strategically • Proofread social media content and paid media landing pages • Help write or review video scripts • Contribute content for infographics • Receive content briefs and customer questionnaires for assignments • Track projects and workflows in JIRA and HubSpot • Meet turnaround timelines of 1 week for time-sensitive requests and 2 to 3 weeks for standard requests • Communicate proactively with supervisors and stakeholders if timelines are at risk • Collaborate directly with clients on complex projects or special requests • Maintain a professional, service-oriented approach in client-facing interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced SEO content writer • Ability to translate technical dental and medical concepts into clear, engaging copy for a general audience • Demonstrated experience creating copy that drives traffic and conversions for SEO and SEM campaigns • Advanced proofreading skills and exceptional attention to detail • Online portfolio or writing samples required • Passion for leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency while prioritizing content quality and accuracy • Ability to self-manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate early when challenges arise • Solutions-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude when working across teams • Understanding of SEO best practices and experience integrating them into copywriting • Strong storytelling ability for homepage copy, bios, and patient-facing content • Experience creating content for SEO and/or digital marketing campaigns • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt as priorities shift • Previous experience writing for a dental or medical marketing agency • Certified Medical Content Writer (CMCW) certification • Knowledge of the dental industry
