📋 Description

• Build REST API integrations between customer and partner systems and the Databricks platform • Build ingestion and transformation of HL7 messages and CDA / C-CDA documents into Databricks, orchestrated through Azure Data Factory • Develop integration services in Python and C# / .NET against Databricks and Azure SQL Managed Instance • Work from the technical design set by the Lead Software Engineer, and contribute to design discussions for assigned integrations • Deliver work to the customer's technical standards, following its code review, testing, and deployment practices • Onboard rapidly and begin contributing to integration work early in the engagement • Communicate progress, risks, and blockers promptly to the Lead Software Engineer and delivery stakeholders • Work closely with the Lead Software Engineer, delivery team, and customer stakeholders from initial definition through final delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering software in the healthcare industry; pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience designing and building REST APIs and system-to-system integrations • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including building pipelines and integrating external services with the platform • Working knowledge of healthcare data standards: HL7 and CDA / C-CDA documents • Experience building data movement and orchestration with Azure Data Factory • Experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance (or SQL Server), including schema design and query tuning • Production development in Python • Production development in C# / .NET • HL7 FHIR experience • Familiarity with PBM data domains such as claims, eligibility, formulary, and prior authorization • Experience working with PHI under HIPAA controls • Prior experience as an embedded contractor on a customer engineering team
